Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us at polylabpmb@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return address to process your exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are available for defective products or incorrect items received. Custom or personalized items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. To initiate a refund, contact our customer service at polylabpmb@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you first purchased them. When returning items, please ensure they are well packaged and protected from damage in transit.
